I will refer to Dr. Michael Newton, whom has done extensive research into Life Between Lives for his explanation of ghosts....Ghosts can be less mature spirits who have trouble freeing themselves from earthly contaminations. Our spirit guides do not coerce us to move into the spirit world if our unfinished business is so overpowering that we do not want to leave Earth's astral plane. After we die we can chose to stay as long as we wish to take care and watch over loved ones until we feel the time is right to cross over. When we talk of ghosts remember that discarnates don't have a linear clock in their heads. A ghost who has haunted an English castle for four hundred years and finally returns to the spirit world may feel in spirit time, this actually amounted to forty hours to them! The reasons for staying behind are varied. Perhaps the life ended in an unexpected manner, which caused a deviation from a major path. Some people have misconceptions that ghosts don't know they are dead or how to escape their situation. They are in a sense trapped, but they are not lost in some confined astral plane and they are totally aware they have made a transition out of life on Earth. There are special guides called Redeemer Masters which constantly monitor those spirits that stay behind and help them when they are ready to exit the Earth's plane. The soul world is based totally on free will. There are no acts of control. This control and manipulation which we experience on Earth as humans is a Homo Sapien trait only. I really can't abide Bea. She is so self absorbed and unaware of how she is acting and actually coming across to people. This BB experience will certainly have it's effect when she comes out of the house. I know many people throughout my life who act like Bea, my mum being one. This sort of acting out thing she does will win her no favours. However,on the other hand, she is good entertainment and I have been watching addictively to see what antics Bea will set upon her housemates! You can find the book on Ebay, but it generally has to be sent from America. Saying that, it only takes a few extra days and is reasonably priced. </span></span></p> <p><span><span>Life between lives is far more than you could possibly imagine. It is a whole new world and one which we are linked with all the time. We have a guide which stays with us throughout all our hundreds of lifetimes. Planet Earth is respected as one of the most difficult of planets to reside. We have a name in the spirit world, an identity if you like, which other souls can recognise us by. When we enter the host of a human body, we have to gently and carefully allign our energies with the feotus in the womb. Some human brains are not an excellent match for the soul who has chosen the body. In such cases, the mismatch can cause difficulties personality wise. But it also depends on how much energy we decide to bring with us for the journey. Imagine 100% energy in the soul world. Most souls would make sure they leave 20% behind in the soul world, and take the 80% with them to cope with the host body and the type of life that is expected with that body. Some souls take too little energy with them and find they can't cope with life on Earth; which in some cases, ends in suicide. Life between lives is far more than you could possibly imagine. It is a whole new world and one which we are linked with all the time. We have a guide which stays with us throughout all our hundreds of lifetimes. Planet Earth is respected as one of the most difficult of planets to reside. We have a name in the spirit world, an identity if you like, which other souls can recognise us by. When we enter the host of a human body, we have to gently and carefully allign our energies with the feotus in the womb. Patchouli essential oil Frankincense mixed with a touch of saffron, but frankincense on it's own will suffice if you cannot get the saffron.</span></p> <p><span>To do: Ritually bathe and purify (essential oils such as chamomile, lavender and sandlewood would be good in the bath).  Cast a circle and call on the elementals in turn to come and aid you in your spell.</span></p> <p><span>Call on the Goddess and God in appropriate forms you are happy with; eg. Ganesha is a remover of obstacles and god of business endeavours, Lakshmi is a goddess of wealth or Hades and Persephone who are associated with wealth and fortune; ask for their blessings.</span></p> <p><span>Hold the candle in your hands and visualize your circumstances changing and improving; visualize the sort of job you want. ]]>Only Dreaminghttp://darkstar32.blog.co.uk/2009/03/31/only-dreaming-5864435/2009-03-31T10:31:42+02:00 <p><span>Sleeping and dreaming takes up a third of our lives.  Dreams can be described as wish fulfilling, problem solving, stress relieving and inspirational.  Some dreams are prophesizing ones too.  Lucid dreaming is when you become aware that you are dreaming and this is a very powerful state of consciousness.  Also when you are dreaming, you can do things that you can't do when you are awake; like for instance, experiencing flying, transforming into an animal or something more complex.  Keeping a dream diary by your bed and writing down any dreams or parts of dreams you remember on waking is essential if you want to do dream work.  Dream working allows us to analize how our unconcious proccesses of our mind relates to our personal everyday lives.  During sleep, we proccess a vast amount of experiences, situations, unresolved worries, fears, emotions and desires.  The proccess of bringing your dreams into your daily life awareness can prove to be beneficial for your self-development.  Because dreams are personal and unique to each of us, they also hold certain symbolic messages or meanings that only relate to us; so not everyone will translate certain symbols or archetypal representations in the same way as someone else would.  In this case dream dictionaries are of limited value, as the symbols may have different meanings to you.  Dream dictionaries are very simplistic, but fun to read also.  By you keeping a dream diary, you will eventually realise a pattern that reoccurs and you will be consciously listening to your unconscious self.  This has a positive effect on the harnessing of your energies and the pay off in your waking lives can be very beneficial and spiritually enlightening too!  In a way it's like you counselling yourself; Never position mirrored wardrobes or a dressing table directly opposite the foot of your bed.  The mirror itself will cause a great deal of bad luck, alot of friction and relationship problems.  Mirrors reflecting the bed suggest the presence of a third party!<br>2. All stereo and hi-fi equipment is best placed on the west wall of your living room; this will bring extra luck and create the potential for good fortune to your house.<br>3. Yes I am here for a fleeting moment. I don't seem to find much time to go on blog. So I apologise for not keeping in touch as I would normally. I wish everyone a lovely Xmas and a happy New Year. I should probably mention that I had a profound experience t'other day. I went to my local Grand Theatre to see the famous medium Colin Fry. I was fortunate to receive a message from an aquaintance whom I lived next door to for years. This man was approx 5-10 years older than me and didn't run in my circle, ever. I watched him from afar and secretly had a huge crush on him for ever! Unfortunately this bloke took his life a year ago and blew his brains out with a shot gun. Since finding out this news from his mum a week or two later after the incident, I have thought of this bloke off and on constantly throughout the year. There is still a mystery concerning his death and the police haven't stopped investigating this incident. Well, the message I had from my neighbour's son, Edward, was that he was grateful for all the support given to his mother and also there has been new evidence that has come about in the last month. I am also to expect February to be important concerning this guy's family. Since finding out about Edward's death, I have seen regular coincidences that pertain to Edward's name. I have even felt his presence around me. Sometimes I am fortunate to have limited contact with people on the other side, but I do not open myself up enough , I know. Sometimes I wish I could speak with the spirit more frequently, but I suppose I am not ready to totally devote myself just yet. Sometimes I hear them. Sometimes they appear in my minds eye. Sometimes I can smell them and other times it's just a feeling they are there. Perhaps I should find more ways to become more in tune with the spirit world and maybe this is my destiny. Or maybe I have other things I should do first. I don't know....What do you think? Well I won't keep you folks any longer. I hope that I will get back into the swing of things soon and be on blog more often. Thanks for listening. ]]>Happy Father's Dayhttp://darkstar32.blog.co.uk/2008/06/13/happy-father-s-day-4309730/2008-06-13T09:24:03+02:00 <p>I remember the adoring love you showed me as a young child. <br> Memories of sitting on your shoulders as the Carnival people passed by and the handfuls of coins we would throw together on the proccession of lorries.<br> And then after the carnival had passed we would head up to Oystermouth Castle and you would buy me a hillium balloon and toffee apple. <br> I remember sitting on the red circular kiddies train and how you would wave to me each time I went round. Preheat oven 180 C/350 F/ Gas 4. Grease and base line a 20cm (8in) square tin.<br> 2. Melt choc and butter in bowl over a pan of boiling water.<br> 3. Remove from heat and stir in coffee and vanilla.  4. Add almonds and fructose.<br> 5. Separate eggs.  Beat yolks and add to mix.<br> Whisk whites and fold in.<br> 6. Makes 12 squares

You need 150g good quality plain chocolate
                 100g butter
                 1 tsp strong black coffee
                 1 tsp vanilla extract
                 100g grund almonds
                 85g   fructose
                 4 free range eggs
1. Preheat oven 180 C/350 F/ Gas 4. Grease and base line a 20cm (8in) square tin.
2. Melt choc and butter in bowl over a pan of boiling water.
3. Remove from heat and stir in coffee and vanilla.  4. Add almonds and fructose.
5. Separate eggs.  Beat yolks and add to mix.
Whisk whites and fold in.
6. Put mix into tin and bake 20 to 25 mins.
7. Allow to cool and cut into 12 pieces.
Yummy!!!
